I am incredibly excited about the latest research regarding our gut bacteria (microbiome) and how it relates to our health. This program supports you on a weekly basis by combining a 15min naturopathic/nutritional consultation and an 80-minute yoga class for eight weeks, or longer if you feel that you need more support.
